Quaker Valley High School
Class Of 1972

Welcome to the Quaker Valley High School Class of 1972 web site!

**Save the Dates**

September 8th and 9th, 2017

As we wrapped up the festivities from our 40th reunion celebration, many classmates suggested that we do it again in five years.  Believe it or not, four years have already passed and the reunion committee has been hard at work.  Our 45th will be a less formal affair so you can leave the dress-up clothes in the closet and pull out the jeans and t-shirts.

On September 8th we’ll be dancin’ in the streets at an old fashioned block party outside the Sons of Italy in Sewickley.  Police Station Pizza is on the menu with a cash bar at the S.O.I.

September 9th we’ll roll out the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer with a picnic at Blueberry Hill Park on Nicholson Road in Franklin Park. We've reserved a big pavillion with lots of spaces for games and sports and  we’re in the process of choosing a menu that will include all your favorite picnic foods and beverages.

More details will follow, but in the meantime, please be sure your contact info has been updated and if you know someone who hasn’t joined the website, encourage them to register soon.  Let’s have another great turnout so we can continue to brag that we were the best class ever to graduate from QVHS!

Our classmate and friend, John William Quinn, lost his battle with cancer on September 30, 2016.  May he rest in peace.

It is about that time. It will be 45 years next year. I would like to start planning for it now. I am now down in Texas working so I could use as much help as I can. I am thinking of a laid back picnic for this reunion. I will take any and all suggestions. I can be reached at or my cell is (412) 780-4080.

I am sorry to report that Mark Mullin passed away in his home in Jacksonville, FL on March 15, 2016.

Chip will be missed. He passed away Feburary 3, 2016.

Sadly to report that we lost  another classmate. Joe passed away January 17, 2016.

I am sad to report that Debra Jugan Unger passed away Wednesday April 24, 2013.
