I am so sorry that "Billy" passed away . Too young to be in heaven. I remember him at the bus stop in front of Edgeworth Elementary as we were all waiting to go to middle school. I also recall his lovely and sweet sister, Betsy who passed many years ago. I'm glad they (now) have each other may they rest in peace.
