Dear Classmates,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Tom Gerle passed away on June 1 following a brief battle with cancer.  Tom created and maintained this class webpage and was the heart and soul of our reunion planning for 30+ years. 
We extend our deepest sympathies to Shelley and to his children, grandchildren and brother, Denny.

Beyond our heavy hearts and sadness, Tom Gerle is a man who's life must be celebrated!
A warm and caring friend to all, he generously touched the lives of countless many who fondly hold him in their thoughts and prayers... he certainly made good use of the gift of time that God allowed. 
Few days will pass without happy memories of this wonderful husband, father, friend and coach.
Rest in peace, kind and faithful brother and companion.

May your spirit and example be forever with each of us throughout life's journey.
