It is with sadness that I inform you that John Merriman passed away this afternoon, October 20th, from injuries he suffered in a fall at his home on 9/2/22. John fought a tough battle, but was unable to fight anymore. John is reunited now with his wife, Candy, his parents and his dog, Bruce.

I had many good times with John over the years. Even recently when we would have lunch together somewhere. Back in the day, we had some good times at Mikes place or Roms. I'll never forget 12th grade English with Mrs. Stevens. RIP John, gonna' miss ya'.

From St. James to QV John was always a kind, gentle (and funny) person. The world needs more people like that so he will be sorely missed. Rest In Peace, John!
